[vs code] multiple line selection shortcut

multiple line selection is pretty useful.
I usually use shift + alt + i.
usage about shift + alt + i is select the lines, and press shift + alt + i, then multiple cursor is shown the end of line.
and then want cursor to begin of line, press ctrl + left arrow.
but it works with mac, not window.

so, I look for the shortcut for move the cursor to begin of line in window, I found different but useful shortcut.
that was ctrl + alt + up/down arrow.

it’s usage is simple.
move the cursor to where you want select, and press ctrl + alt + up/down. then multiple cursor will create!
